Description:
The SeaCom 3000 is a small cost effective telephone exchange system for maritime use. The standard 24 extension lines covers the typical use, but the system can be extended to a maximum of 144 extension by adding line cards.
It is a telephone exchanger with analogue extension lines and analogue trunk lines, and it connects almost any type of analogue DTMF based telephone, and by far the most of satellite terminals.
The SeaCom 3000 reveals its full potential when used with our unique intercom stations SC411, SC421 and SC211. Using the system with these stations turns the simple telephone system into an intercom system covering all needs on board a ship.
Although analogue in interfacing, the system is internally fully digital. The system is controlled by a main computer running Linux, and the configuration of the system is done via Ethernet or USB using a Windows based configuration tool.
